“The wavy terracotta façade has continued to enclose the superstructure since our last update in December, particularly on the upper levels of the main western elevation and the rear portion of the slimmer southern profile. The multistory podium along Third Avenue is also largely enclosed with the envelope, while the transitional space between the podium and the main tower remains bare with exposed concrete for the time being.”
